Download Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America supplier training manual

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America (MCFA) has entered into a partnership with Ryder logistics to manage their incoming and outgoing cargo. MCFA users and suppliers will submit their orders for pickup by using either SUPPLIERNet or RyderEntry (a module of Ryder Online). RyderTrac, also a module of Ryder Online, will be used to detect and track loads in transit.

Overview of the process:
Suppliers will inform Ryder of orders that are ready for pickup via SUPPLIERNet or RyderEntry. These two systems will allow suppliers electronically notify Ryder of orders that are ready for pickup. Orders will be received by Ryder's i2 Transportation Management System, which will optimize shipments and create loading plans. Airlines will then be assigned and relevant shipment information will be sent back to Ryder Online to track and trace purposes (i.e.: pickup date, name of carrier).
RyderTrac auto-generates an e-mail notification to suppliers, which will include a hyper-link to RyderTrac. This link will allow vendors to see their load information online (i.e.: pickup date scheduled, carrier name, shipment details per load). RyderTrac updated electronic of the air carriers providing suppliers visibility of your shipments from pick-up to delivery.
